Mark Warner pushes back on Donald Trump's 2020 China meddling claims

Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, called Trump's China election-interference claims "so completely false" within hours of the president's speech, noting that U.S. intelligence agencies unanimously agreed China never tried to change a single 2020 vote, and pointing out that CIA Director John Ratcliffe, now one of Trump's own appointees, oversaw the intelligence community that reached that conclusion in the first place.
