Trump says he will report NBC host to FCC for "rebuke or punishment"

Trump escalated his attacks on the press by threatening to report "Meet the Press" moderator Kristen Welker to the FCC after she described his midterm primary endorsements as having "mixed results," a claim NBC's own reporting backed up.
