Democrats sue DOJ over midterm ballot seizure plans

The DNC filed a FOIA lawsuit seeking DOJ records on any plans to seize ballots, voting machines, or other election materials before the 2026 midterms are certified, after the department stonewalled a request filed in the wake of the FBI's raid on Fulton County's election records.
