Trump's 75-country immigrant visa ban struck down by judge

Judge Jeannette Vargas of the Southern District of New York ruled Secretary of State Marco Rubio's blanket freeze on immigrant visas from 75 countries "patently unlawful" and outside his statutory authority under federal immigration law.
